The Ardmore Elks Lodge proudly participated in this year’s Ardmore Christmas Parade of Lights with a patriotic float honoring our nation’s veterans. Members and families came together to showcase the Lodge’s commitment to community, service, and tradition. Thank you to everyone who helped build the float and supported us along the parade route. The Elks will always remember and honor those who served.
Ardmore Elks Lodge #1906 is collecting harvested deer hides this season. These hides will be turned into leather gloves that are given to Veterans who are wheelchair bound to help protect their hands.
Our Goal: Collect 500–600 hides over the next 3 months.
SW DDGER, Jack E Roper presenting a citation of merit from the Grand Lodge to ER James Gilmartin. This citation of merit from the Grand Lodge recognizes the Ardmore Elks lodge for its contributions to the growth of the order.
Each Lodge put the message forward about how they welcome both Members and non-Members to come out to Elks events and participate in the activities. The contents of the websites truly displayed, “Elkdom’s Heart for America.”
Every Lodge stated how the Elks are dedicated to giving to, caring about, and loving the communities that we live in.
Elks were shown supporting veterans and youth, as well as the overall health of their local communities.
